The mission of the Sunland-Tujunga Beautification Committee is to improve the visual quality and enhance the beauty of Sunland-Tujunga. The Committee will plant trees, organize public art projects, establish gardens, and conduct clean-up activities. We will also educate and engage residents and businesses in beautification projects that benefit and give back to the community.
If you are interested in joining the STNC Beautification Committee, we would be delighted to meet you at one of our monthly meetings (see the Regular Meeting Times and Locations section below).
Meetings are generally held in the meeting room at the Sunland-Tujunga Library at 6pm on the third Thursday of the month. Please check the Calendar tab on the STNC website to confirm the meeting details (agenda, date, location and time).

Please note that under the Brown Act, the Board is prevented from acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment period; however, the issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board meeting. Public comment is limited to two minutes per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the Board.
