Proposed Project:  A Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale and dispensing of on-site beer and wine in conjunction with a full serivce 1,750 square foot restaurant with 40 indoor seats and hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily in the C2-1VL Zone.  Due to the size of the application file, it has been split into two parts.
