Proposal to build a two story warehouse and office on the vacant lot next to 10045 Commerce Avenue. 
Plans include four parking spaces from the alley for the warehouse.  No access from the warehouse to the office. No parking for the office except from the street -- Commerce Avenue.

City issued a Determination Letter approving the plans with conditions on 1-13-16.

The project has been appealed and is awaiting a hearing.
