Homeowners Resource Fair

The Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office will be hosting a Homeowners Resource Fair on Saturday October 14, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Recreation Park; 208 Park Avenue, San Fernando, CA 91340.

The Assessor’s quarterly fair is a community initiative that offers essential resources and educational opportunities to homeowners in the region. Topics to be covered include property transfers from parent to children, senior and veteran benefits, information on constructing accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and more. The event is organized in collaboration with the Assessor’s Office, Treasurer & Tax Collector, County Regional Planning, and the City of San Fernando.
