Video Update: Baseline Mansionization Ordinance-Baseline Hillside Ordinance
The newest updates on the BMO/BHO ordinance update.  This video explains in detail the history and the latest status of this ordinance. https://youtu.be/KdlATzNek74

Thank you to the Miracle Mile Residents Association for sharing this important update.  For the latest update regarding the BMO/BHO Ordinance, view this video:  https://youtu.be/KdlATzNek74

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -- FIRST MEETINGS ARE THIS WEEK: DEC. 2 & 3 -- THEN DEC. 15 & 16.  All of us have seen the massive amount of building that is taking place in our own neighborhoods. We were considered fortunate at the time because we had an RFA in place that was supposed to have regulated some basic guidelines for size and scale. The Department of City Planning is about to make (possible) amendments and every voice is needed.
All of us have seen the massive amount of building that is taking place in our own neighborhoods. We were considered fortunate at the time because we had an RFA in place that was supposed to have regulated some basic guidelines for size and scale. The Department of City Planning is about to make (possible) amendments and every voice is needed.

This will involve all properties zoned R1, RS, RE and RA.

Please read the information and the schedule below for the times and dates and GET INVOLVED! Each of us will be touched by these changes.

11-29-15

More information on the BMO/BHO Draft Ordinance.  Public Hearings start this week.   Attached is an update and comparison prepared by the Miracle Mile Residents Association and a link to a YouTube video https://youtu.be/vo2Z3z0cWVU  that is worth your time to watch.  Also, the draft ordinance and a mark up of the draft ordinance.

Sunland-Tujunga’s RFA covers non-hillside and I have attached our RFA for your information/reference.

Please share with your neighbors.  Encourage you to be involved, comment, attend hearings.
