NEIGHBOR DISPUTES

We often hear that neighbors will place a fence over the property line of the neighbor property or that a fence or wall has been built causing drainage and other problems.  If neighbors cannot resolve these problems themselves, the City of Los Angeles may be able to help with mediation through the City's Dispute Resolution Program.  The service is FREE.  Contact: mediate@lacity.org or
